RecommendedI had heard that EMDR was helpful for several things, including PTSD. I wasn't sure I had PTSD, but I wanted to give it a try. I sleep better, enjoy new clarity of thought, and have lost some of my famous defensiveness. I feel and see the change, and my family and friends recognize the changes. I recommend giving EMDR a chance if you have experienced childhood abuse, domestic violence, trauma, or if you have had issues with substance abuse.
