I had a home health aide for my son, and because of school hours, they dropped us without any prior notice. I sat here waiting for her to show up, and when I called the agency, “T” told me oops I was supposed to call you yesterday. So they don’t communicate what they are doing, with their patients/clients. It is very disturbing that an agency can just take your aide from you with no notice. Communication with this company is not great. I used Live With A Purpose services to help care for my dad. The aids were very professional and provided exceptional service. Staff was easy to reach when I had questions and provided me with great customer service.
Live With A Purpose is providing great services and support to my father who is disabled and needs assistance everyday. They were even able to get dad the extra care he needed after being in the hospital for five days. This was very helpful as I didnt have to miss any days of work and knew my father was in capable hands. The owner and staff really work hard to accomodate their clients.
Update: Things have improved with this company. I am working for them. Their communication has greatly improved.
