If you have any interest in infrared therapy or frequency healing, this place is amazing. The employees are so helpful and kind, and Jasmine specifically has been a gem. Great vibes all around. Definitely recommend!
Jasmine is very knowledgeable about all of the therapies, and I would suggest to anyone interested in healing naturally, I highly recommend Another Life!

10/10 recommend. Skip the chain/over priced spots. I've been to so many and this one is better. An absolutely amazing spot! I do not live in NC, so I was looking for a sauna while in town. They had an AMAZING (almost unheard-of these days) special. Which allowed me to be able to visit the sauna while away. They sauna had a real red light therapy light which was amazing 🤩. I have been going here about 2 months now. I feel amazing! It's such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is so personable and caring. Each staff member seems knowledgeable and can answer any questions that come up. My typical sessions are red light bed, infrared sauna, and halo therapy. Being a 63 year old hairstylist that stands for a living, the sessions help my muscle fatigue and soreness. My skin looks amazing due to red light and the sauna. It has been a wonderful experience!
