Tried Cryo for the first time this morning. -107 degrees. This is legit!!! 3 minutes in the chamber, i don’t have to dry off after. I may never use my cold plunge again….
This was my first visit and I was so impressed! The spa has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I tried the red light bed for the first time and absolutely loved it, it was relaxing, comfortable, and left me feeling refreshed and recharged. The staff took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their services!
