Appreciated ease of getting appointment. Very professional. Friendly staff. Did not feel rushed, answered all my questions.
All the staff, nurses and doctors at Live Well in WNC are top notch, super friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help you feel welcome and comfortable. I see Dr. Garbarino for HRT and can’t recommend her and her nurse Tammy enough. It can be hard to find the right fit and I feel blessed to have found this practice. Great service and care. Everyone from the front desk, the nurse and the doctor were super friendly. The nurse and Dr. Evins listened and addressed my concerns and helped to come up with solutions that worked for me. As a new patient, I couldn’t ask for more.
This is, hands down, the best doctor's visit I've ever had! The presence and care that Dr. Garbarino gave me during our appointment was remarkable. She (and the whole team) listened, thoughtfully answered, and treated me with kindness and respect. As someone with a complicated case, I've often felt brushed aside and doubted, but there wasn't even a hint of that at this office. If you're looking for a clearly trauma-informed team that genuinely cares about you as a patient, look no further.
