Front staff is rude and clicky. Wait time as a new patient is ridiculous (45 min and still waiting to be seen) Took maybe 5 min to fill out the new patient forms. I got up to ask a question while I waited and the receptionist had an attitude and answered the phone WHILE I’m the middle of a conversation with me. Very unprofessional!

I just finished my lab follow-up visit with Dr. Hernandez. My numbers were pretty depressing, as I expected. Dr. Hernandez, however, went above and beyond to explain each metric and how it affects my overall health. He laid out a road map to improve those numbers over the next few months. Despite the grim results, I feel very optimistic because of his encouragemwnt. I can’t say enough good things about how Dr. Hernandez. His approach is unlike any doctor I have ever experienced. Thank you.
One physician has been repeatedly dishonest with longtime patient causing harm to patient. No one here really cares and physician remains at clinic.

I met with Dr. Hernandez today. Hands down, it was the best visit I have ever had with any physician. He just doesn't throw numbers at you or provide recommendations. He truly cares about his patients' overall well being: emotional, mental and physical. Dr. Hernandez took the time to go over my previous years number and gave me encouragement I needed to continue with my lifestyle change. I'd follow him anywhere! He's professional, caring, humble and is a perfect addition to Live Well.
