Joanna's dance classes have the best music that makes you want to move your body. The vibe is uplifting, and it's a great workout without feeling like you are working out. She sets an environment where everyone is welcome and encouraged to dance and express themselves. 10/10 recommend her dance + strength class and the hip hop class, so much fun!!!
I tell everyone I know to come to the LivinIT Dance & Strength class with Joanna on Tuesdays. The dance half is super fun and gets your heart rate up, while still being beginner friendly. (Trust me, I am no dancer!) And then the strength training is definitely a work-out, but still totally customizable to your individual level. You can feel yourself getting stronger each week! Plus, the regular attendees are wholly welcoming and supportive. The entire class is fantastic! You should 100% come try it out!!
I am quite literally obsessed with Joanna's dance and strength classes. I would have never guessed at the age of 40 that I'd be doing hip-hop style dance classes AND loving them! Moving my body in that way is so fun, and so empowering. Thank you for bringing this beautiful movement back into my life ❤️
I have gone to several massage therapists over the years, whether in Scottsdale or on vacation somewhere or in Durango. Without a doubt, Joanna, is by far the best massage therapist. Any concerns are heard and addressed. The room is soothing allowing for a time to relax and enjoy. Joanna has been blessed with the gift of healing touch. If I could go weekly, I would.
Joanna was fabulous! I was quite overdue for a massage but she knew just the right amount of pressure to provide and was very in tune w my body (even mentioned an old injury I was unaware of) This was one truly one of the best, if not the best, massages I have ever had. I will be back!
