After seeing other doctors that barely listened to my concerns or didn’t seem to care I was recommended by a friend to go see Rachel Franzen. I have no regrets. She gave me her undivided attention and made sure to look at everything thoroughly, took the time to understand my concerns and was able to come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan right away. Rachel is amazing! I have never felt so cared for by a healthcare professional. I used to dread going to the doctor because it was a quick in and out without really having my needs heard or met. With Rachel, I feel like she truly takes the time to sit with you, hear your concerns, and provide a long term solution.
I have been in Fl. now for 5 yrs. Have seen several Doctors and I was really not impressed.
