My first time in this facility, I called in to make sure they accept my insurance they were very professional. When I Walk In the process of registration was very fast and the staff treated me well. Thanks to the staff on the front desk, The care of Mr. Blake R. And the provider Ms. Emily Donnelly. They don’t just help me with the issue I was there for, they went beyond to make sure I was ok before I leave the facility. Keep the good work ! Mr.Rodriguez and Ms.Donelly.
My wife went to this Urgent today and was told they don’t take Cigna insurance despite their website claiming to do so. Seems like a scam to get people to come their facility. Anyway she was sent packing to look for a different urgent care facility.
I arrived about 3 hours after opening, the place clean, quiet, welcoming. Check-in was quick and friendly. Staff in the back was friendly, relaxed, not over hyper. A really nice, calm and chill experience. Everything went very quickly, i was in and out within a half hour. Definitely recommended for everyone 👌🏾
