Everyone there was so nice and compassionate and took their time to listen to me. While they weren’t able to resolve my issue, they referred me to a place that could and helped ease my mind a bit. NP Nicole Lundy was so sweet. Would definitely come back if I ever need it.
This is typically the location that I chose to go to if I'm not well because it's close to my home. I've had a few good experiences & I have had bad ones too. This past Thursday, was a very bad one. I was forced to pay my copay again to receive another lab test when the one I submitted on Monday at this location, "got lost". My first results were upload to the portal on Weds 7/15 stating that the sample was rejected with no patient markers. I visited this place around 6:00 pm. The young man at reception is rude, lacks empathy, and treats people as if they're being given a free visit, which they're not. The nurse and doctor were very kind. They should have more empathetic people at reception; please remember that this is not a free service.
