Just put an appointment in and made my way up here to find the place closed, doors locked with no notice, no explanation. Absolutely ridiculous.
They are very quick with taking people they take the name “urgent” very seriously!!!
The staff here was professional, attentive and informative. What was most impressive was the short wait. Being about business but still being personable is an art, obviously mastered here. P.S give Brooke and Joanne a raise.
I had a great experience at Live Urgent Care. Brooke, Joanne, and the front desk staff were caring, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently and I truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. Also, The office was spotless and had a warm, comfortable atmosphere, which made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend!
