I have no issue with my visit on June 19,2024. My Problem is with the billing office. My insurance was denied so then, every first of the month for 3 months at 7 am, it will debit $65 and $20 on the 4th month, a total of $215. I was told to Contact Ms, Gianna Falco to email or call her. NEVER returns call/email. About a month and a half the insurance paid my claim. So again I contact Ms. Giana Falco left her a message and email her twice, no reply. How long does it take to get reimburse??? Patient ID 137788. I need my money!... read more
