I was introduced by a friend, and loved it. I appreciated the personalized approach, mixing ART (which I'd never heard of) with a more standard massage. He also provided tips of what to do at home between sessions. Aside from the great services, it was a welcoming environment and I felt super comfortable. Highly recommend!
Chris is phenomenal! My friend who referred me is a personal trainer and said he’s the best in town. He offers several massage modalities like cupping and gua sha and has been practicing for 25 years. He is definitely my go to massage therapist moving forward
I have been using Chris for body work ever since early 2017 and he is still my go too. I use him close to show time as it helps with recovery and the body is more sore. If I could use him consistently I would but being a single momma prevents that. But if you’re looking for a great body work person say no more and give him a try you won’t regret it.
Felt like a new person walking out of my massage today! Chris listened attentively to my concerns and worked thoroughly to relieve my pain. My weekend started off rough but ended pain free thanks to my experience here. I will be returning. Thank you Chris!
