Chris is by far the best massage and bodywork therapist that I have worked with. You will be amazed at how much work he gets done in 60 min and how effective the work is. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, he is also great at explaining what causes the pain or discomfort you’re feeling and what you can do to help avoid future injury. I have had nothing but really great experiences with Chris! I have a lot of tension in my shoulders/neck/upper back area from marathon training/life and I always make sure I go and see Chris for relief. He’s really great at listening to what you’re dealing with adjusting accordingly. This is the best money I’ve spent tbh.

Chris at LiveUnbroken… a technique that soothes and penetrates sore muscles and soft tissue… i actually had improved mobility in shoulder and arm after just two sessions! Pleasant , clean center ….
