I have been going to Chris for years. As a professional equestrian, my neck and low back cause so much pain and tension. Chris is the only one who can manage to get my muscles to unlock and offer me relief! His ART technique allows me to feel realigned and regain mobility…highly recommend to anyone!
Chris is great! 10/10 would recommend. He listened to my pain points and addressed all of my concerns. I walked in with hip pain and left feeling significantly relieved. He also gave me a bunch of tips to help long term. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was referred to Chris through my physical therapist. I suffered a stroke in November of 2024. I’ve been to several masseuses since having my stroke. I have constant spasticity which makes me quite tight and sore. I’ve scheduled with Chris only twice now, and from those two visits alone I’ve experienced much relief from my symptoms. He’s professional and knowledgeable and above all he is kind and really works on what your body needs!
Chris is amazing! I’ve been suffering from chronic pain from a slipped disc in my lower back. I walked out of there feeling relaxed and had some pain alleviation! I will certainly be coming back!
