Karlie Acton did a great job! She helped us find a beautiful home in Michigan while we were still living in another state. She was very professional, communicated very well and honest. That helped us a lot, since we couldn’t view the house in person. On top of that, she had many great contractor contacts who are now helping us turn the house into our home. Thank you, Karlie—we couldn’t have bought the house without you!

Claire is an exceptional agent. She listened to our concerns, came prepared to our conversations, and made the process of selling our home so smooth for us. Her communication skills are top-notch! The techniques Claire and her team used for marketing fit our preferences perfectly and everything looked so professional and well done. Claire really knows the TC area and we would hands-down recommend her as the best agent to anyone selling or buying a home!

Karlie was amazing. I worked with her for about 10 mos. She had great local market knowledge. She was honest and was dedicated to me as her client. She had phenomenal resources making the entire first-time home buying process seamless and showed great attention to detail by knowing what I was looking for while jumping on all opportunities we had. I would definitely recommend Karlie as an agent. And lastly.... I absolutely love my house!!! Thank you, Karlie!
