Live Train Evolve offers an absolutely wonderful gym and community. Brian's adaptation to COVID-19 by moving small group training to an online format is creative, fun, and effective. I am proud to be a member of this amazing gym and grateful for the fun and excellent work outs that joyfully accommodate people of all fitness levels and backgrounds. If you need a gym to join in the Malvern area (or anywhere if you want to join via the new online only option), this is your place.
