The experience that I had today was not only new to me it was something I can’t put into words If you need a change in any area of your life start here please I recommend this yoga team to help you reach your goals. I’m in Love with Yoga I’m also a cross country truck driver so I’ll have to figure out how to do this on the road more often. Thanks again for the awesome experience!!!

Athena is a wonderful guide. I am taking yoga for focus and discipline. I am also not flexible or strong yet. She is very keen to the fact that we are all coming to this from different places. She has a very warm energy and loads of knowledge which is inspiring. Throw in a sandy beach or a shade spot in the park and you have some something really special.
