If I could give them negative stars I would. They take people's money by misrepresentation of the home. Pictures were not accurate to the property. No shower head holder, leaking water heater WHICH WAS AN OBVIOUS FIRE HAZARD, broken windows without blinds or curtains. Mutilated countertops and that's not even all the issues. Refused to refund full payment upon seeing the "home" and refusing to take possession. Just a total bait and switch. These are slum lords! Beware! Trent and his team have been awesome to work with. They always update me on how things are going and are very responsive.
Great to work with here in southern Utah. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property manager.
Luckily I have never had to deal with them personally but have had to help out others who mistakenly rented with them. They don't care about tenants and if you are an owner using them know that they don't care about your property and if they are willing to screw tenants thing of what they are willing to do to you!
