We rented from this company for a little more than a year. Had one maintenance issue where our water heater gave out and they were quick to respond and replace it. On move in our rental was practically in new condition. Clean and ready to go. Only negative thing I didn't enjoy too much was the inspections which I felt were a lot for just a year there. Very good people. You can tell they care. I had a great experience working with them.
If I could give them negative stars I would. They take people's money by misrepresentation of the home. Pictures were not accurate to the property. No shower head holder, leaking water heater WHICH WAS AN OBVIOUS FIRE HAZARD, broken windows without blinds or curtains. Mutilated countertops and that's not even all the issues. Refused to refund full payment upon seeing the "home" and refusing to take possession. Just a total bait and switch. These are slum lords! Beware!
