This was honestly a nightmare. The house was dirty when I moved in and had existing damage — which they later tried to charge me for, even though I had video proof. Showers didn’t work, doors fell off the hinges, and they ignored most of my maintenance requests. On top of that, the HOA was horrible. Living here was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The place was in terrible shape when I moved in — filthy, broken fixtures, and obvious pre-existing damage that they later tried to pin on me. I documented everything, but they still tried to keep money from my deposit. Maintenance was a joke. ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT RENT from Live Property Management This company is shady and dishonest. The home was filthy when we moved in — dirty floors, grime everywhere, and existing damage I documented on video. Despite that, they still charged me for LVP floor damage that was clearly already there.. Maintenance issues were ignored, including showers that never worked properly and doors that literally fell off the hinges days after moving in. They have helped us manage a property while we have been serving a church mission in Germany. We wanted someone that we could use and not have to worry about anything. They give us peace of mind and follow through with what they say they will. Highly recommend!
Don't expect to get your deposit back. Don't bother cleaning when you move out they will charge you cleaning service no matter what. They will not address maintenance items either. Worst rental company I've ever dealt with.
