Don't expect to get your deposit back. Don't bother cleaning when you move out they will charge you cleaning service no matter what. They will not address maintenance items either. Worst rental company I've ever dealt with.
The management company is charging me late fees on my HOA fees every month even though I pay the HOA fees automatically from my bank account on the first of every month. I contacted the company through the owner portal about the problem and they didn't respond, and nobody answers the phone when I call.
I had the team @ St George live help me when I was looking at a rental investment. They have been so helpful from day one! Efficient, knowledgeable and have made this whole journey easy! I could not have done this without their expertise. They are managing two properties for me and it’s the best decision to have them manage them for me!
