My aging father needed care. I became aware that I could be his caregiver through the Illinois Department of Aging and their CCP's. It was important to me to seek employment with a small, family owned agency. The training I received was very helpful and onboarding was smooth. I have mostly interacted with Brittney and Becca. The Owners of this agency are conscientious , kind, caring , responsible and extremely responsive. They screen and hire good employees and they are light years ahead of most other similar agencies in the region. They helped our small family out tremendously by arranging for quality home assistance for an elderly, highly disabled relative in short order and for this I will be eternally grateful.
