When looking for an upgrade from my Somerville home to a more recently developed downtown Boston apartment, I knew I needed a real estate expert who was tuned in to the "happenings" around recent Seaport developments. A friend suggested I work with Kandia from Live Realty Boston, and boy was she right! Kandia was fantastic, attentive to my wishes/needs, and always available. Next time I'm looking to rent or buy, she'll be the first person I turn to.
I had the pleasure of working with Kandia when looking for my apartment 2 years ago. She was fantastic to work with and found my current apartment. She knows the Boston market inside and out and worked magic to find an apartment that I love. If I ever move to a different apartment (though the one she found the first time is so great, who knows if I ever will) I will be 100% using her again
