If you buy a house there, you will be controlled by them. The corporation that runs it is the Developer and runs the HOA. They were going to start turn it over in 2020. Thay extended turn over to on or about 2040. Who developes for 40 years? Worst place I ever lived. You simply have no say I have so many horror stories.
