I have to say that Dr.Surber and her staff are wonderful. If you are looking for a veterinary practice that is compassionate and has a sincere passion for animals, look no further. I thank them for all the hard work they do!
The best in Waco! Wonderful with all kinds of pets and was especially kind and caring to both our geriatric labs that lives to be 16 and 14+. Thank you Dr. Surber and staff!!
First visit today, the staff was really nice and thorough. Vet answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the move. They even helped me by putting my three dogs back into the car while I strapped in my newborn and four year old. That alone would make me recommend the integrity of this group, but the woman did this even though it was raining. Talk about customer service!
I love all the staff at live oak. They became family as my dogs became older and their health declined. Proud to use them as the circle of life begins with our new pup! Love y'all.
Dr. Surber took great care of my 12 year old cat Patches. He had to go over the Rainbow Bridge on August 13, 2014. He was my heart. The staff at the Live Oak Park were wonderful, caring and very comforting to my beautiful friend and myself. Today I was surprised to receive a very nice framed photo of my sweet boy with a poem about the Rainbow Bridge. I received a very nice sympathy card with a note from Dr. Surber.
