Average charge for a 1150 sq. ft 2 bedroom apt in Virginia Beach costs between $800-1000. I called several paint companies and the most expensive quote was $2000. I was charged $4000. When I called Johnathan to resolve the problem, voice mail and 3 days later crickets. Same painter quoted $9700 to pressure wash and paint the whole 3150 sq. ft. bldg. I will not let them handle anything but paper work in the future.
