RecommendedDr. Bill Zimmern has been our Doctor and yes, a friend since 1981. A very caring, kind,competant and knowledgeable physician. He will be greatly missed!
Mary Ellen Neal is the best there. She is no nonsense, clear, and very helpful. I don't recommend Dr. Kellen. He was very rude to me when I was having chronic migraines due to allergies. Mary Ellen was unavailable so I opted for an appointment with my son's doctor, Dr. Kellen, to try and get some help. He said "I don't know what you want me to do. I just met you." I had seen him a few times with my son. Ultimately I wanted him to be a doctor and help me but apparently it was an inconvenience. So I moved my son out of his car... read more
I just love the staff at Live Oak! They are always super nice and helpful! I see Dr Kellen and he is by far one of the best doctor I’ve ever had...and I’ve had a bunch being a military spouse! His nurse Tina, is he sweetest! I love having conversations with her and never have to wait long for a call back when I leave her a message! I’m so glad I found this facility and demanded Tricare assign me to Dr Kellen!
Dr. Zimmern has been the physician for my family since early 1980's. He is a wonderful, caring and very competent physician.
My husband and I have been patients there for over 20 years. Our current practitioner is Lori Cornwell ARNP and we are very happy with her, she gets the job done and explains things! She is in it for her patients. Her nurse is also a good fit and keeps things light. I know I can talk to either one about anything and feel comfortable about it.
My first visit was today. Everyone from the front desk back was so very friendly. Dr. Zimmern was very patient and listened to me. He didn't rush thru and hurry on to another patient. I am very pleased we have chosen them to be our physician. I highly recommend them.
Can NEVER get in my patients portal !!!!! Stinks need to be redesigned
