We had some landscaping done in our backyard and were incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service. Several days of work were "rescheduled" at the last minute. The workers cut our neighbor's cable line while doing the work, but would not claim responsibility. Several of the plants never survived and we contacted the company because they were covered under a one year warranty. The company would not honor the warranty at all. We hired Live Oak Landscaping (owner Matt Lombardi) to construct an extensive outdoor space in our backyard. The space included a large paver patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and flower beds. While the guys that did the work were great, the owner of the company has little to no communication skills. On multiple occasions we told Matt what we wanted done, he would agree, but never pass the info to his crew.
