Alex Hoffman is wonderful! I’ve been with Live Oak for quite some time now and cannot recommend them enough
Requests made on my intake form felt ignored until I had to follow up on them specifically. Trying to schedule an initial appointment was chaotic and I don't feel as though my messages were read with care. Maybe the practitioners are good (I didn't get a chance to see), but the intake and scheduling process with staff and the therapist was enough to steer me away.
Same day cancellation (only a couple of hours before the scheduled appointment time,…. After having confirmed the day before) because the therapist was running behind schedule and our appointment was the last of the day. Unprofessional.
They are so kind and so caring. Wonderful people always helping.
