yeah this place sucks, racist as hell front desk people. Had an emergency, set two phone numbers to contact me at, “called” only one of them and then set my appointment as cancelled by patient. Only had 4 hours of PTO until god knows when and they can’t see me, found out when i got to the office to do the check in. Can’t reschedule my appointment because i don’t have a for sure date on when i can come back. Urgent care said i need to go to primary care and primary care doesn’t know how to do their jobs. THE VERY BEST IN TEXAS. Was seen today for the first time. DR. Wooford and his nurse were perfect! Very thorough and extremely courteous. Manager and employees were very friendly and helpful filling out papers. I highly recommend Christus Trinity Clinic to everyone.

Really shows how our healthcare professionals "care" when you try to schedule an appointment with your provider (Gibbs) and they tell you he isn't available for a month and a half.. and the only way you can see a different provider is if Dr. Gibbs "releases you from care" complete BS. Don't waste your time

As a new patient I was given an introductory talk, told how to fill out the paperwork and then given a very pleasant examination. My concerns were taken care of and I felt very pleased with my care.
