We had a great experience with Live Oak Exteriors replacing our roof after a tree fell on our house. Blayne Taylor and Seth Pickens were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Their customer service is exceptional. We highly recommend!
I had a roof leak that Live Oak repaired. The issue proved tricky but Live Oak was persistent, stood by their work and their guarantee. During the whole process everyone (Seth, Fernando, and Blayne) was professional, polite and answered all of my questions. Alex was great, he came out same day looked at my roof. Then with in a couple of weeks my roof was replaced. All done in one day great customer service and quality.
Live Oak Exteriors recently did an outstanding job with my roof replacement. The sales representative, Seth Pickens, was very professional and knowledgeable.
