My experience with Live Oak Exteriors was exceptional. From the roof inspection, choosing the new shingles, old roof removal and new roof going on, everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful. Seth Pickens was incredibly helpful during the first half of the project, especially with my pain in the neck insurance company. The Project Manager on the day of removal and re-roofing was Blayne Taylor. He and the crew were very professional and pleasant to work with. As a first time home owner and living on a budget I can personally say the experience with this company was top tier. What really separated this live oak from other companies I got quotes from was that they actually got on a ladder and looked at what was causing the problem with my siding. They were true to their word and took pictures of what was wrong and communicated with me the whole way.
