Kaitlin Troutman PA did a thorough body check and biopsied 2 moles that have been bypassed the past couple years by Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. One was melanoma in situ and the other dysplastic nevus. Dr. Zaycosky did a wide excision of the melanoma in the office and I’m scheduled to have the same done for the latter. My appointment was at the Edinboro office and the staff there was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with from the receptionist to the medical assistants, nurses and the PA Kaitlyn was very friendly. I was seen on time and Kaitlyn was very thorough and kept me informed on everything during my exam. They maintained a great balance of both personal and professional care and although I was taken care of in a very timely manner I never felt rushed. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. Katy was very professional and knowledgeable. She took great care of me. With some scary news to deal with she and the rest of the staff were just awesome.
