Absolutely terrible experience. The woman who answers and schedules appointments was extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me twice, and when I called back, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone, acting annoyed that I even called. I understand that offices get busy and appointments may not be available until October, but there is no reason to treat people so poorly. This office has no respect for their patient's time. I contacted this office to set up an appointment to be seen for multiple Derm issues as a new patient. Was told I had to schedule a separate appointment for each issue and they where booked out months in advance. Fine. I waited for 5 months for this appointment, drove 30 minutes to go to this doctor and when I get there the waiting room is overflowing and they tell me I could be waiting 30 minutes or more past my appointment time to be seen. Dr Zaycosky and his whole team are just the nicest people! They are very welcoming, easy to talk to, and the Dr has one of the best bed side manners I have dealt with in the medical field. I am sooooo happy to finally have found an Erie area dermatologist who is kind, thoughtful, and available without a years wait! Thank you!

Absolutely horrible experience. Cannot say I'd recommended
