I saw the PA, and I think she already had her "diagnosis" before she came in to meet me. Wrong diagnosis. And she was Rude and kind of snotty. I will not be returning, unless I have another breakout, but I would only recommend seeing the actual Physician.
Greeted by staff. Doctor did a great job on Mole removal with explanations.
Excellent service! As a new patient, paperwork was minimal. Wait time was short. Roomer and PA Troutman were both professional and friendly.
Absolutely terrible experience. The woman who answers and schedules appointments was extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me twice, and when I called back, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone, acting annoyed that I even called. I understand that offices get busy and appointments may not be available until October, but there is no reason to treat people so poorly.
