Don’t let the initial friendliness fool you. I had a procedure done here in 2022, during which a dull tool was used to grind down one of my teeth—causing significant nerve pain. The staff acknowledged the mistake and apologized, and I chose not to escalate the issue at the time. I even paid out of pocket elsewhere to have the damage corrected. Loved being told how I need to floss more and being told with your gum disease, so encouraging. Your roots are all showing we need to do your whole mouth, what a depressing experience. I thought I was doing so much better at brushing but I felt like I was a horrible person by the time I left. I will be depressed for days now. Not one encouraging g word at this dentist. Not one.
