Great workout and great people.
Solidly the best fitness experience I have had in a while! The focus was on mind and body being in harmony, with a huge focus on your mental state. So far, I have done Human Reformer Pilates, Yoga Faith, and REV+FLOW. All of the classes were wonderful, but I especially loved Yoga Faith! They have the option of joining the class online as well. They do not have memberships, you just drop in for a class, and the cost is a $5 donation. I already adore them!
