Solidly the best fitness experience I have had in a while! The focus was on mind and body being in harmony, with a huge focus on your mental state. So far, I have done Human Reformer Pilates, Yoga Faith, and REV+FLOW. All of the classes were wonderful, but I especially loved Yoga Faith! They have the option of joining the class online as well. They do not have memberships, you just drop in for a class, and the cost is a $5 donation. I already adore them!
I can't say enough good things about the people or facilities here! I love the trainers and the classes are always challenging enough to leave me feeling it the next day and building me up stronger! The faith based training nourishes body, mind and soul! Thanks to the these beautiful people for allowing everyone to have opportunities to thrive!
A fabulous studio with a friendly, non-judgemental atmosphere. My husband and I have been going to the Pop Pilates classes on Tuesday nights and Devon is the BEST 🤍 I haven’t tried any of their workshops/Bible studies yet, but they look so fun and I’m so glad they are offered! ♾️/5 stars!!
