worst real estate company i have ever dealt with. They are here to steal your money and provide absolutely horrible service...on purpose
TLDR: won’t communicate, took 2 months to return security deposit. It is very difficult to get a hold of someone when you need help. My husband and I did a lease takeover of our unit, but we never heard back regarding when the new tenant would be taking over, and therefore how much rent we might owe past our moveout date. I’m happy to pay any rent we owe, but I’m not gonna pay double rent on a unit they’re leasing to someone else. They have also not returned our security deposit after almost 2 months from our move out date. ... read more
