Avoid Wendy at all cost. The most unprofessional person you will ever work with. IF she ever calls you back, she always "is stepping away from a meeting for you but you can literally hear her netflix in the background lol". Zillow shows only 2 homes sold in the last 12 months, so being unavailable all the time while working from home doesn't add up. We literally lost money on a third party she used and then ghosted us.
