I do not recommend her at all. Chilling demeanor, unprofessional and confrontational trying to pressure me into therapy when I wasn’t there for therapy at all. Sharing parts of her life I wasn’t comfortable hearing. When I asked to get a referral to another provider she TOLD ME TO GO TO PSYCHOLOGY TODAY instead of safely transitioning me to another provider. Worst medical experience in my life.

Ophelia was listed as a professional to get gene testing for medications. I went to her specifically for this, however while reviewing my results she could only talk about my obesity. She pushed me to take metformin which made me very uncomfortable. I cannot recommend her services to anyone after my experience.

Initially, I had a good experience with Ophelia. After several months, she became confrontational and insisted on me providing feedback on the services she provides. When pushed, I let her know that her lateness was something that she could improve upon. She received this feedback very poorly and ultimately said things that destroyed the trust that had been built.
