We LOVE Samantha Cole! Sam listened to our needs and was very patient with us as it took us 4 years to find the perfect spot. We started looking at a certain price point and kept upping it. She kept us informed of opportunities but she never made us feel as if we were wasting her time. We never felt pressured.
