We cannot say enough positive things about the team at Live Life Home Health. They helped us so much. My husband has major surgery, lost much of his intestines and had a colostomy bag installed. He was very weak from the surgery, and had a huge physical and emotional adjustment and I needed training to help deal with our new normal. Live Life sent RN's to train me on changing the bag, a person to help him shower and an in home Physical Therapist to encourage him back to strength, They supported us in home for six weeks. Conscience and caring support throughout
This is the WORST home healthcare agency I have ever dealt with. I dealt with Juana in the office who beyond rude and unprofessional and has zero knowledge of how my insurance works. I dealt with two nurses out of 5 that actually cared. Two of them were wonderful, the rest barely seemed competent. They showed up extremely late several times and yesterday didn’t even bother to call or show up. I am supposed to have DAILY wound care and they just blew it off. Do not trust this agency.
