A company that scams people out of their hard earned money!!! I was given a move-in date of Aug 14th. I was not told what I had to pay on the 14th nor was it written in my lease. I called and emailed the office asking what I need to bring on the 14th. I contacted Latitude on Aug 4th and was not contacted back until Aug 10th!! It took them six days to get in contact with me. I LOVED living at latitude! To be honest, it's hard to think of any cons. The staff is super nice and helpful and always willing to help with anything! When i moved in, they helped me have an early move in, and my apartment was clean and ive never had any issues with anything in my apartment. The 1 -2 times i had something happen in my apartment, they fixed right away. The only bad is getting locked out, theres a lock out fee and you only get one key, so just have to be super careful when leaving to always have your key! A s... read more

One of the best apartments on campus! Super sound proof with HUGE walk in closet. Maintenance is fast with very modern design.
LIVE LATITUDE!! It’s soooo nice here. I really do not know what these other reviews are talking about! Definitely don’t pay them any mind because this is the place to live. Everything is so modern, nice, and clean. Everything is also always working and even when it’s not they’re dealt with extremely quick. The staff are also soooo helpful and understanding. Will definitely go out of their way to help! Live Latitude!!
Amazing amenities, great staff and great location
Absolutely love being at Latitude! They have the best walk-in closet literally one of the biggest I've seen! The staff is very friendly and resolve problems as quickly as they can. I love the amenities that they offer. It's even minutes away from campus like you can't beat that! Definitely recommend living here!
The building is in a bad neighborhood. Managers are rude. I don't recommend anybody to live there.
