Arrived for pediatric care and the pediatric side was closed. The adult side did not have an xray tech available either and directed us to another urgent care.
Brought our two year-old here the staff was super helpful and the doctor was amazing. Our child hates going to the doctor, and the Doctor made her feel so comfortable
Medical receptionist need to check her attitude Nothing urgent about this place Took an hour to be seen The PA was great who saw our baby Everything else sucks My baby was sick and throwing up and I had to ask to open the Peds side so I can change her Ended up kicking us out because that side is supposed to be closed
We had a great experience with our 5 year old daughter who usually hates going to the doctor. Staff was all very professional and Dr. Marquez was great!
Went in hoping to see a doctor who works with kids, was surprised to see the pediatric side wasn't open and they were sending everyone to the main side. I would have left immediately but child was in pain. No urgency once we got inside, front desk person was very cold and took a long time to check us in. Then a person who came after us was taken in before a child who was clearly in a lot of pain. Don't bring your kids here
