Went in hoping to see a doctor who works with kids, was surprised to see the pediatric side wasn't open and they were sending everyone to the main side. I would have left immediately but child was in pain. No urgency once we got inside, front desk person was very cold and took a long time to check us in. Then a person who came after us was taken in before a child who was clearly in a lot of pain. Don't bring your kids here
Took my daughter excellent service from all the staff
The staff was amazing from the time I walked in to the time I left. Such a perfect spot to bring my kids! The doctors were so sweet and patient with us. I will definitely be going back there when needed.
Service was great from start to finish. From the front desk to the actual doctor. They were so kind with my son. As a mom when my baby’s sick what I want the most is to be treated nicely and with patience as I’m stressed enough. And for them to treat my kid good of course. They were so attentive and mild mannered. (I’m tired of going to other pediatric clinics and it being awful from the front desk. ) This is def 5 stars. Thank you!!
I love the care I receive for my four young children at Live Urgent Care. They make visits simple and fast. The child area is perfect to entertain kids while I check in at the receptionist.
