I started training at LIFT in 2024. I immediately loved it. The gym offers 24/7 access and a sauna as well. You can easily get in touch with staff/management with any questions or concerns, they’re very responsive. The gym is kept CLEAN and tidy at all times. The members and staff do a great job at keeping the gym and locker rooms clean. This facility is the best gym around. I have gone to this gym for 9 months now and I have always felt welcomed. The staff and the gym people are always awesome. I have been going to a lot of different gyms in the area and this by far is the best gym around. Not to mention they have two infrared saunas! There prices are very reasonable for the high quality experience you will receive at this gym.
