I had a great experience with the 1-hour cold plunge and sauna session. The facility was clean, well maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff were welcoming and explained everything clearly, making the experience very comfortable. The space was quiet, which made it easy to unwind.
