My go-to when I'm run down or facing a busy week. I went before my marathon last year and felt great. Comfortable setting, knowledgeable and accommodating staff, and you can use your FSA. Love this place.
I had my first visit as a walk-in the other day and was extremely impressed with the services offered and the wonderful staff. The spa is spacious and very well appointed. Everything was exceptional. I highly recommend LIVE Hydration Spa Long Island City.

I had a wonderful experience at this hydration spa for my NAD IV drip. It had been a while since my last IV, so I truly appreciated how attentive and caring the staff were. The nurse was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and checked on me frequently to ensure I was feeling okay throughout the session. Her attention to detail made me feel very safe and well taken care of.
