In complete shock. I had to witness the most unprofessional, hurtful and aggressive call from a “Michael”. My mother was trying to use her paid for credits. She was able to schedule the appointment, and then was immediately called by Michael. If he didn’t want to honor her credits that’s his choice, but bringing up the fact that she is Hispanic and then CURSING her out was beyond shocking and hurtful. I had been a member of this location for over a year and was owed a few credits. I stopped my membership back in January, but was reassured by the owner that I could use my credits before continuing my membership again. I was honestly hesitant to continue because I had stated multiple times to the staff that I wasn’t feeling anything. But I wanted to use the credits to see if I would begin to feel them working.
