I was seeing Annie for a few years and she is a great therapist; eventually I was on a waitlist to see Hazel and saw her for two years for EMDR due to past abuse. Hazel is not very consistent and projects a lot. I felt uncomfortable that she would center my abusers and take their side, project that I was victimizing myself, and would counter anything I said. When I first contacted this place about therapy for my teenager, I was told they didn’t have any therapists available for children at the time. I agreed to have her put on a waitlist. A few weeks later I received a message from them saying they would not have any therapists available for her in the near future along with a referral to a different therapist’s office. Horrible customer service The receptionist is condescending Calling you "buddy" I'm not your buddy and I expect professionalism as this regards to matters of mental health I can tell the standards are set very low for this establishment and everyone involved should be embarrassed And there's is a huge lack of urgency and coordination between the office and the patient are non existent I had my FIRST appointment today at 3pm and I can just tell this was gonna another headache UPDATE 10:43 AM To further add insult to injury th... read more
