Chang Lee / part of the maintenance team, was efficient and friendly, fixed a broken oven light and replaced my fire detector.
Unfortunately, there is a steady stream of homeless people in the area and the building is locked 24 hours a day so that deliveries are often a challenge. That and the lack of any off-street parking make the place less than ideal (especially during City declared “Snow Emergencies” when St Paul requires cars to be moved for 12 hours overnight for plowing.).
