Unfortunately, there is a steady stream of homeless people in the area and the building is locked 24 hours a day so that deliveries are often a challenge. That and the lack of any off-street parking make the place less than ideal (especially during City declared “Snow Emergencies” when St Paul requires cars to be moved for 12 hours overnight for plowing.). Love the building. Old world charm. Location is great, convenient to Selby, Geand and DT St. Paul. Managment is responsive to maintenance and overall condition of the units and building is upkept.

Love the location and how the building is kept. I did have to ask management 3 times to fix my electric, there was a short in the wall that wasn't being fixed properly. The shower is a little clastraphobic because it requires shower curtains around the perimeter. I was unable to play my music during nonquiet hours without getting a noise complaint from my fellow tenants. Overall a decent place to live for the price. I was sold on the charm and the ease of the location, but not the tenants or Management.
