I lived within live green off summit ave for a little over a year. I think the only thing that's good about live green is there affordable rent. But, you defenetly get what you pay for. There are constant break ins. Packages being stolen. The staff is disrespectful. The Live Green staff left a gas leaking stove in my room and they informed me that they didn't want me to contact the gas company because the previous owner had the same stove red tagged by Xcel Energy before I moved in. I have rented from this company for 5 years (Current), and another 2 years prior to that. I came back because they are an amazing company. They have well maintained beautiful apartments. I love the character of the buildings. They respond timely to all requests and needs. The staff is great and has provided great service and assitance.

Loved living here! Great management and maintenance--proactive, respectful, and kind. I lived in their Summit Ave building and parking was easy (aside from snow emergency) and neighbors were great. Location is perfect because you can walk up Selby, down to west 7th, or just across the street to enjoy a few parks and a view of the cathedral.

I rented an apartment on Grand from Live Green Apartments. The only good thing about this apartment was the area. Great location that is walking distance from everything you would ever need (Walgreens, grocery store, spice shop, etc.). In the two years I lived in this apartment, maintenance was in my apartment once every two months. They had walkthroughs every season, sent out emails about not opening windows, and would always need to come in and check something. Basically, this landlord is the most annoying roommate.
