I am a contractor for Live Free Therapy and happened upon a really angry review of the practice today by accident. I have worked at LFT for more than a year and I can only say that I have always been really selective about the places I have chosen to work. The owner, Diana Kral, is a woman of the utmost integrity. I have never known her to be anything other than compassionate, honest, professional and respectful. The business owner and contractors who provide therapy services think it’s necessary to charge $100 + taxes cancelation fees for appointments that were NEVER confirmed by the therapists with the parent/child. Owner has taken advantage of single mother DV survivor and should be ashamed of those actions for failing to rectify or understand the contractor was unwilling to communicate with the parent of a minor! Absolutely appalled and would not recommend this business to anyone.
