Josh wears great and very knowledgeable!! He quickly assessed the issue, provided steps to remediate and then followed through with the solution! Very fast acting and moving company to get us up and running for the heat in NH!
Excellent service. Casey correctly identified that the source of the problem was a failed valve in the incoming water line, rather than the Bosch unit itself, and took the appropriate measures to fix it. By correctly diagnosing the problem, he likely saved us from repeated leaks and further damage to the unit caused by inconsistent water pressure. He arrived on time, carefully explained the issue, and was knowledgeable and professional.
