This gym has a very minimal weight room. Very few dumbbells without duplicates. One bench, poor quality barbells, one squat rack, etc. It can get crowded and that becomes an issue. They could easily expand weights into other rooms in the building and buy more equipment. This was probably still worth the monthly membership fee when it was $107/mo, but they just raised it to $137/mo. Especially for San Francisco, the weight lifting area has plenty of room and a variety of machines and free weights including a Smith Deck. The cardio machine area is a bit cozy and has windows for fresh air and is well lit which is nice. I appreciate their hours and automated access so I can go almost any time of day or night, even on holidays when other gyms are closed.

I have an online coach and have been training with him for a long time. Today, the administrator at the gym came up to me in the middle of my workout and asked me to leave, allegedly because it’s against the rules. However, I couldn’t find this point in the rules. She refused to give me her name, was rude, and even claimed that I was the one being rude. As a result, I lost my training session, my money, and had to cancel my membership with the club. Terrible service.
