I had a negative experience with personal training here. I purchased a pack of six sessions. I paid upfront for all six. My trainer provided only five of the six before ghosting me. I offered multiple times / dates I was available with no response. Reported the issue to the gym. For weeks they kept saying they would refund the session. They never did, so I had to contact my bank. Very unprofessional (and fraudulent) to charge customers for services they never provide and refuse a refund. cost is $95 for one week pass. Sign-up process somewhat involved, but this gets you access during off-hours, so that you can open the door with the app, which I needed at 540 AM today. The space is small and the equipment is mostly present, although some machines broken today (like adductor/abductor machine). The pass allows you to go to other facilities in their network, so this was the one on Cole Valley. Not sure if I will try other places while here, as this is the closest one to where I am staying. Great little gym! It's clean and well-kept, and while it's not huge, it has everything you need for a solid workout. It's also never insanely packed, which is a huge plus. The front desk staff are always fantastic — the manager Charles is consistently personable and kind, and super attentive to making sure members are happy and that the gym stays clean with all equipment in working order. Brandon was also super helpful when I needed to make adjustments to my membership. Highly recommend!
