Where do I even begin? On paper, this facility has nice equipment, but the actual environment is completely ruined by an incredibly weird, intrusive, and hostile staff. Instead of focusing on their actual jobs or training their demographic of geriatric clients, the employees here seem entirely consumed by creating manufactured run-ins with high-level lifters. The founder of this gym is chiropractor Milton O’Brien who also has a stake in selling the “MIRACLE MACHINE!” called Softwave Therapy (trademarked). Please note that chiropractors are not real doctors, it’s not real medicine, and Softwave Therapy has poor evidence for any benefit unless you have kidney stones. Looks like they finally fixed the air conditioning? Hopefully it lasts.
A+ team and super clean facilities / equipment
This place is so stingy with the air conditioning! The thermostat constantly reads 80° and in an effort to hide that number they put this tacky black piece of paper covering up the thermostat so people don’t realize exactly how warm it is in here. They put a few dehumidifiers in spots to lower the humidity but it’s still way too hot in here! Why are we paying $130 a month for this?
