Love these fitness classes and all of the instructors!!!
I honestly never liked small group gyms but I came here once and it really surprised me. The attention that I got to critiquing my form and just the overall knowledge of form just amazed me. The girls were very kind and open to all of my questions. I really look forward to my next time here!
