I joined recently and I love the classes! It's definitely tough but at your own pace. All the people are nice. I'm definitely a beginner and everyone has made me feel like I belong. Highly recommend! Support small business!!
If you’re looking to try a new gym, live fierce is it! It’s a great place to start your health journey. Sarah and Nick are incredible coaches who work very hard to make this a great place to work out. They truly care about their members and want nothing more than to see them succeed. I highly recommend you give this place a try!
Love this gym! Everyone is so friendly! The coaches are all very knowledgeable. They work with you to make sure you are using safe and proper form as well as challenging you and helping you to continue to grow both mentally and physically.
After recently moving to the area I was so happy to find a fitness family right here in Milford. I cannot recommend Live Fierce CrossFit enough! The coaches are kind and knowledgeable. They are great at scaling each workout as needed. The group is welcoming and do a great job at helping each other. So thankful to have found this gem!
