Be careful when applying, these people will waste your time with your application. We told them our income status from the beginning, went through an entire 3 week process of emailing back and forth, which could have been way simpler, they asked for every single type of proof one by one, email after email. After a long and frustrating process, they revealed that they had no units available under our income limits, which they could have said from the beginning. This place sucks. Basically gave them 50$ for nothing by the time they go over your application the apartments are taken up. Was told I could tour once I paid the 50$. Nope was a lie. They don’t update you on your status. If you get stuck with Ty helping you literally ask for anyone else. Gives unclear instructions and the kids a bag of rocks. Stay away.
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! I Stayed Here For 5 years and it was okay until they got rid Andy And Got New Management ! First They Want To Charge To Use The Washer And Dryer In The Unit that constantly breaks down and isn’t even big enough to wash a blanket ! The elevator is always down and I stayed on the 6th Floor and I cater , so imagine carrying over 100 pounds of food up 12 flights of stairs ! I once was in the elevator when it broke down and I got stuck for 2 hours , none of the emergency buttons worked in the elevator and ... read more
Horrible…. Having a Washer and dryer in your place is $65 more. Super Small! Can’t wash a Blanket… also broke down all the time, took sometimes a couple months to get it fixed. Management NEVER answers or calls back. Steps to where you can pay monthly for a car spot are HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING . I never let my Grand kids walk down them. DON’T ever put your hands on the railings ! I finally got fed up the cleaned them. Took me three round conversation of CLOROX swipes.
