10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! I Stayed Here For 5 years and it was okay until they got rid Andy And Got New Management ! First They Want To Charge To Use The Washer And Dryer In The Unit that constantly breaks down and isn’t even big enough to wash a blanket ! The elevator is always down and I stayed on the 6th Floor and I cater , so imagine carrying over 100 pounds of food up 12 flights of stairs ! Horrible…. Having a Washer and dryer in your place is $65 more. Super Small! Can’t wash a Blanket… also broke down all the time, took sometimes a couple months to get it fixed. Management NEVER answers or calls back. Steps to where you can pay monthly for a car spot are HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING . I never let my Grand kids walk down them. Finding a respectable place to live is very difficult right now so I was excited to find a company with beautiful income restricted apartments. I can barely afford the current apartment I’m paying market rate for. Unfortunately, I applied and wasn’t found fit to rent because of my credit score. There’s also no option to provide a co-signer, so income restricted housing here isn’t a possibility for my household. I live here. Don’t make the mistake I did. Completely inaccessible. Andy was a great PM but they have since switched. I’m not a fan of the new management at all. They took over a month to respond to my MULTIPLE emails about breaking my lease. And then proceeded to overflow my email with incorrect documents. I have no patience for this place anymore. I’m a realtor so I know how this works. Extremely snappy and rude to tenants.
