Just know, this is what to expect when you deal with Live Downtown. They will make their problem your own. Make you sit in it, and expect you to be the bigger man. I just hope no one else EVER has to deal with the nightmare I’ve experienced!

Be careful when applying, these people will waste your time with your application. We told them our income status from the beginning, went through an entire 3 week process of emailing back and forth, which could have been way simpler, they asked for every single type of proof one by one, email after email. After a long and frustrating process, they revealed that they had no units available under our income limits, which they could have said from the beginning. This place sucks. Basically gave them 50$ for nothing by the time they go over your application the apartments are taken up. Was told I could tour once I paid the 50$. Nope was a lie. They don’t update you on your status. If you get stuck with Ty helping you literally ask for anyone else. Gives unclear instructions and the kids a bag of rocks. Stay away.
